Remove it and re-add with a different name.

Would the steps to remove it be as follows?

Library Master/Setup/Report Manager

AR/Custom select the report then what should I select?

Okay, thank you...that's what I was thinking but I wanted to make sure that didn't delete the report that's saved under Crystal Reports

You can add a report from anywhere on your system to the Custom Reports menu. When you do it copies the .rpt file into the ..\MAS90\Reports folder. I'm guessing that's by design, and I only "know" this because I've seen it do this for all my custom reports. But it always pays to have backups of your reports stored in different locations, just in case. It wouldn't surprise me if deleting that report from Report Manager actually does delete the .rpt file in the Reports folder, so it's best to be careful.
