Use Excel to query the following table:

AR_CustomerShipToTaxExemptions

Rows with a blank ShipToCode are the customer exceptions.

How do I query excel (or what do I export if that's what you mean)? If I just get blank ShipToCodes, that may tell me who has an exemption, but how do I know what the cert number is?

Assuming you are on Standard / Advanced, the SOTAMAS90 entry should be what you want.  If on Premium, get your IT involved, since they'll need to set something up for you to query SQL data.

OMG where were you months ago! I understand this was probably a basic thing, but exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate you taking the time to spell this out.
