The PDF eventually opens. I reinstalled the Sage 100 PDF Converter, changed the port to a new local port, and granted full rights to "Everyone" on the Security tab.
I have been getting the same message and done all of that...you are not alone with this error, have you figured it out?
Sounds like a printer was defined in the report. Go into the page set up of the report and ensure that "No Printer" is checked. Also make sure you do not have a local printer sometimes that will cause a problem if you have both network and local printers.
Good thoughts Big Louie. I'd also make sure the default Windows printer is set to something other than the Sage 100 PDF converter. This is used by Paperless to set things like page size. The "Microsoft Print to PDF" is a good option if you don't have an actual 8.5" x 11" printer.
On Win10, do not let Windows manage your default printer.
Thanks, the Sage 100 PDF Converter is not the default. The default is a Canon laser printer. The setting to let Windows manage my default printer is not checked.
