If you are talking about the new Standard launcher's user settings (the Sage 100 folder that contains files like favorites.json and launcher.log), when running the Sage 100 workstation program, redirection of the Documents path to a OneDrive location would be based on Windows settings, nothing in Sage 100.

Yes, I was referring to the Standard launcher's user settings that contain the json files.

It's strange that the "Sage 100" directory is being created in the OneDrive Documents path, while the Sage 100 Workstation is installed to the C:\Sage\Sage 100 Workstation path; as it should.

I'll look into Windows 10 and OneDrive settings to see if I can find anything that would explain this. 

In the meantime, if anyone can provide me of where I might find such a setting, it would be much appreciated.

It's not strange at all.  Sage would just use whatever path Windows has as the user's Documents location. Those files are user settings, not data or program resources, and being stored in the user's Windows profile is appropriate.  Having it stored in a network location allows the same settings to be used regardless of what machine is being used (new workstation, terminal server...).

One thought is to check the Documents folder properties (when logged in as that user). 

That's it.  This employee has the path set to "..\One-Drive..." for his documents shortcut.

Now, do you think this is going to pose an issue?  He's working fine according to him, but this is the first time I've ever seen this.  We both have Citrix Workspace and have used it, him more than I since I'm usually in the office.  From what I can tell this isn't causing any functionality issues.  There was an ongoing issue I've been troubleshooting with printing to Paperless Office or updating any Journal/Register to PL, but that looks to be resolved by using the Amyuni 550 print driver and not the 600.

You can safely delete that Documents\Sage 100\ folder at any time and all you'll lose are settings like user preferences within the Sage launcher.

Just a note on the Sage 100 PDF Converter for Paperless Office - it uses either the Amyuni 500 PDF Converter driver (Sage 100 2018 and earlier, except very old versions with Sage PDF Converter - not Sage 100 PDF Converter) OR the Amyuni 600 PDF Converter driver (Sage 100 2019-2020).  Sage 100 does not support Amyuni 550 PDF Converter driver.

the version in About printer properties on Sage 100 PDF Converter with Amyuni 600 PDF Converter should be 6.0.1.1. if newer Amyui 600 Converter driver it has been updated by Windows updates and is not compatible with Sage 100 2019/2020.  See Sage Knowledgebase Article 103205.
