We are transitioning from Century Business Solutions to Paya Connect Merchant services
Objective: to see if there's a way to move the credit card tokens from CBS to Paya so we can continue to have access to the credit cards.
I understand that I need a vault to receive the existing card data to, then connect the vault to the paya merchant account.
Has anyone experienced this process and able to shed light on what to do and who to contact
The end answer is probably what I said, there is no easy way.
Century knows how to pull data from the Sage / Paya vault, because any sale of their solution requires that functionality.
