Has anyone noticed the "Open with secondary company" not working in 2021 on an External Monitor.

SOLVED

The right-click menu shows up, but it can't be resized and the "Secondary Company (XXX)" selection cannot be selected because the pop-up window is too small and the arrow won't stop there. Setup: Dell Vostro 7500 laptop with an HP V24i FHD monitor attached through an HDMI chord. Resolution on both are at 1920 x 1080 - the main difference is the laptop is 125% while the monitor is 100% - both show "Recommended" in Display Settings.

Here is what the right-click menu looks like on the HP monitor:

For me this is a mild annoyance, however I predict as more and more end users upgrade to 2021 this is going to be a source of displeasure. The easy fix, for me, is to drag the Business Desktop over to my laptop's screen, where it then looks "normal":

My 2020 Standard installation on this same laptop works fine, btw. And no, I haven't played with the display settings because they are exactly how I want them right now.

TIA

    Hi John,

Thanks for the quick reply. No and no. While my PC keeps offering me to upgrade to Win 11 I have so far resisted the temptation. I also have not installed the 64-bit version as I haven't yet seen a reason to do so - knowing I have the option to switch later if need be.
