Print Jobs cause Sage to Freeze and Svr Reboot Required Multiple Times/Day

Question

Looking for suggestions on how to fix ongoing issue. (Sage 100 Advanced v2020) 
 Have a situation where company repeatedly has to reboot server due to Sage print jobs causing the system to freeze up. This was happening a couple of months ago and it seemed to stabilize when we added RDS as a trusted site to everyone&rsquo;s computer. Now it started back up again last Thursday. 
 Last Thursday, we turned the BOM module on, added some new crw forms (no printer is selected in form), a user got a new computer with a printer installed too.

It has not happened since we reinstalled the OBDC driver. I am truly hoping that was the permanent solution.

Try restarting that service when you get a lock-up (instead of doing a full server reboot). I remembered that worked for us a couple times.

I've been having issues with this and found that it was some type of bad record in the SY_ReportSetting. I wound up having to delete all but the base records for the STANDARD and customized form code using DFDM and that fixed the issue. Sage explained it as a printer that wasn't available.
