Mapquest does not go to specific address

Had an upgrade from v2019 Standard to v2022 Standard and ever since when users click the map icon in customer/vendor maint, the mapquest website opens but it does not go to the specific address. Tried changing default web browsers, allow pop ups and extension web security and cannot get it to work. Tried renaming sage 100 folder in documents too. It was working on v2019. Customer is on perpetual but according to Sage it still should work. Subscription is supposed to only give you more options for the type of web service you want to use. Mapquest is supposed to be the default.

    I'm seeing this issue in v2022.4 and v2023.2; haven't tried other versions.  For both clients it somehow brings up Greco Chiropractic in PA, although on my local system it brings up a completely different incorrect location.  Switching to Google Maps resolves this, of course this client is not on Subscription and therefore it only uses Mapquest.
