If you want to install Work Order and not upgrade to Production Manager you or your reseller has to contact Sage and ask for a Work Order Module install program.

There has been a lot of news about WO going away, being replaced with PM.  If you use it, you'll want to get a PM license.  I understand Sage will only give a WO installer if you have a good technical reason to temporarily extend WO one more year.

If you don't need WO in the new system, you could create an archive in v2014 (to reference later if required) and remove it before the upgrade.

Getting your Sage Partner / reseller involved in the conversation is a good idea.

Sage 100 v2021 is the last version where you could install with Work Order. 

Actually, v2021 is the last version where the WO module is included in the Sage 100 installer.  A separate WO install program is available for v2022, to those who really need it, with special permission from Sage.
