How can we fix this in Mas90 3.06 running on WIndows?  When I go to print the A/R Cash Receipts Journal I get this

    Hi Karen,

Where are you seeing that your MAS90 version is 3.06? I started working at Sage (it was Best Software at the time) in 2002. At that time version 3.71 was the latest and the greatest. Most people who called in for support were on 3.61 or 3.51, with an occasional call from someone on an older version. Someone else here will probably remember before that time, but not too long before 3.51 it was a DOS based system. Hard to imagine one of those running on Windows.

Anyway, when you get an error message there is ususally (but not always) an Info button that can be clicked to obtain more info. What you should be looking for is a program name and line number, like "Error 47 CI_CustomerFormatter.pvc 100". You could then search the knowledgebase for the error. I found "Error 47 CI_CustomerFormatter.pvc 100 when entering cash receipts for Cash customer with GL distribution" in KB # 82020. The KB then walks you through the steps to correct the issue.
