Why are the C:\ProgramData\Sage Software\Cache\MAS 200\Reports folders created on a multi user RDS Sage client environment?

Does anyone know if the creation of these cached reports is dependent on the configuration of the RDS server itself, or is there programming within the application that defaults to this location?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm upgrading a client from Sage 2019 to Sage 2023, and the installation of the Sage 2023 client on the RDS server impacts the Crystal runtime DLL's, causing the Sage 2019 reports to fail. I removed the Crystal runtime's installed as prerequisites by the 2023 client, then reinstalled the 2019 PDF converter, leaving 2019 functional.

Is there a way to redirect the 2023 client to create cached reports to another unique folder path? Is it possible for both client's to function on the same RDS server?

The 2019 and 2023 applications are installed on the same server. I installed the 32 bit version of Sage Advanced, thinking that I can use the 64bit utility to change that as part of go live.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

John
