input/output error SY_Session.pvc

We are getting multiple occurrences of this error (multiple lines and multiple processes) on Windows 11 machines (like the Windows 10 posted linked below).

I have research a lot of things but this keeps happening.

Any assistance or ideas?

Did the Windows 10 issue get fixed and just nothing noted?

    Not sure if completely related but I have multiple users here who will have a batch update process (specifically SO_Invoice) freeze and eventually close, but no error messages (maybe we are closing before an error message would display). We updated from Sage 100 Advanced V2020 to V2023 in late October 2023 after the first revision was released. Batch processes freezing was happening in V2020 once we started having computers update from Win10 to WIN11 (and V2020 was not certified for use on WIN11). Thought the problem was past us, but in the last day found we still have the issue. Trying to get specifics on when this started, how often, any error message, etc.

    Dawn do your users get the error message shortly after trying to process a batch; or after they have waited for some period of time (if I know how long before they see the error message going to check that with our users).

    Is anyone else seeing this same issue (with or without an error message displayed) when users are processing batches? Thanks!
