User is unable to print from Sage 2022

A user of ours has recently been set up on a newly refurbished device. Device is on Windows 11

While logged into Sage 2022 they can drill down to specific location but when trying to print or preview the get the following alert

"The database login failed. Failed to pen the conneciton GL_DetailReport .... .rpt"

Same user on server is able to print

Different user on refurbished device gets same message above. 

We have tried too many things to list but any advice would be very helpful.
