Information Assistant RDP connection does not allow users to print via local printers

Hello everyone, I have an issue that I haven't been able to find a good fix for. 

Users in the office access Sage that is installed on one of our servers with an RDP connection into the Information Assistant app to pull reports, particularly Job Cost report. Since the 2024 update for Sage, we have had this issue where the users can't use locally installed printers to print the reports. It causes the entire application to stop working and crash. It works just fine with printing to printer that is on the server, but if a printer is connected to the computer via USB or any other way, it causes the program to crash. 

We've had a workaround with adding select printers to the server via IP and that works great, however; users are now getting frustrated because they can't use the printers at their desk to print these reports. 

Has anyone ever seen this and found a fix for it?

    Sage 100 (ERP) 2024 has not been released yet (due out next month). 

    You mentioned "2024 update", are you referring to a product update released this year for a version of Sage 100 (ERP) or are you using Sage 100 Contractor or another Sage product that is version 2024?
