User is stating that she is receiving Printer not activated, error code -30 when printing statements and emailing them. She is able Electronically Deliver the Invoices in a batch but Statements gives her the error. She is sending about 300 - 400 Statements. I will have them run the pl_advancedoptions_ui utility but it seems odd that she is able to do the invoices paperless but has issues with the Statements.
