Can you specify the exact field you are questioning?  

We have a couple of them we've been looking at: SoldTo and CustomerPONo. The PO number should allow up to 30 characters, but the crystal report is only allowing 15.

In Crystal Reports, make sure the field is "big enough" on the screen to support the full 30-character Customer PO Number.  Most likely, the field is set to just 15 characters and some are being truncated.  

You can see what the report thinks the field size is by enabling the "Show Field Type" option in Field Explorer.

If that is wrong, try a Database - Verify Database.  That should look at the table's current field definition, and update the report with any changes.

Thanks for the answer Keven, but it's still saying the length is 15, even though it should be 30 from everything I'm looking at.

What version of Sage 100, and what table?

It's Sage 2021, and is this what you're referring to for table?
