2013 PU 3 & 4.5 PU 7 now available

Sage 100 ERP version 2013 Product Update 3 & 4.5 Product Update 7 are now available. Please log on to your Sage Portal account and download. https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/

Under Download product update section on the left toolbar, click the appropriate version and the latest Product Update should be on the very top.

How do you download the product updates? When access through the parter portal it gives an error 403 access forbidden. It worked last week, but hasn't worked yesterday or today. I need PU 3 for 2013.

Hi there,

We're so sorry for the inconvenience. There have been issues with the partner portal and our team is working hard to resolve the issue. In the mean time, if you could call our support centre at 1-800-865-3611 and press option 4, a Customer Support Specialist will be able to help you. You will need your User ID for the portal and your account number as well. Sorry again and we hope we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
