Partner Portal - Product Updates Downloads

When accessing the partner portal to download any fixes, product updates, IRD, tax table, etc I get this error

403

The requested operation is forbidden for this resource. You do not have the permissions required to access this resource.

 

It worked last week, but hasn't worked yesterday or today.  How else can we get the product updates?

    Regarding what Steve is talking about, that is a different issue, Please see below my reply in the previous post you asked this question in:

    We're so sorry for the inconvenience. There have been issues with the partner portal and our team is working hard to resolve the issue. In the mean time, if you could call our support centre at 1-800-865-3611 and press option 4, a Customer Support Specialist will be able to help you. You will need your User ID for the portal and your account number as well. Sorry again and we hope we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
