Hot Fix AR5003-T now available

If you are currently seeing these errors:

"The credit card transaction request to Sage Exchange cannot be processed" occurs after installing Sage 100 ERP 2013 Product Update 3 when attempting to submit a credit card transaction.

"You have entered an invalid virtual terminal ID and merchant key combination" occurs when creating a Credit Card Payment Type.

These issue only occur when the Sage 100 ERP 2013 Server is running as a Service.

Download Hot Fix AR5003T and it will correct the problem.

Please log on to your Sage Portal account and download. Under Download product update section on the left toolbar, click "Version 2013 Product Updates" then look for Hot Fix AR5003-T.

I'm confused about which hot fixes need to be installed after PU3. On the Product Update page, there are no hot fixes listed, but under PU2, there are several hot fixes that have dates later than the release date of PU3. Please clarify. Thanks!

Hello Barbara, I checked both the Product Update landing page and the Individual Program Fixes landing page and they now both appear to be updated. If you still do not see a reference to AR5003T, refresh your browser by hitting F5. Let us know if you still do not see AR5003T.

Hi Barb,

There has only been one Hot Fix released for PU3. If you go under the Download product updates section then click on "Version 2013 Product Updates", this Hot Fix is located right under PU3.

Please let us know if you see it.

Thanks for the response. So, the re-released hot fixes for PU2 (SO-5001-T, LM-5003-T) and LM-5005-T, dated 7/2/13 and 7/8/13, respectively are incorporated in PU3?
