Revised 2013 Q3 TTU

The 2013 Q3 TTU (Tax Table Update) now includes updated Ohio withholding tax tables. Please log on to your Sage Customer Portal account and download. Under Download product update section on the left toolbar, click Tax Table Update then under 2013 Q3 Tax Table Updates, click on Download the TTU

I downloaded the update today and it downloads a 1 MB file. when I try to run it says the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable from my windows 7 computer and it won't run at all on my windows xp computer. Is the linked file messed up?
