Register / Update window not opening

Hello, We are having this problem on one specific computer, it happens for us when they try to launch a Register/update node on the menu tree. After that point it adds a process in the task manager "pvxwin32.exe" that gets hung up and won't finish.

If we try to open other nodes like SO entry, AP Entry, SO invoice entry they all just flash and disappear. The processes appear in the Task manager but do not open until the register/update process has been ended.

This only happens on one specific computer and we have done a complete uninstall and deleted all file folders related to Sage off the workstation including remaining registry files but the problem persists or re-appeared.

Unfortunately we cannot figure out why this is happening on one computer, and not all the network computers so we assumed it was probably a workstation problem and will have to troubleshoot the computer after we get the user a new machine to work on.
