Thanks for the response. I finally figured out my issue by just trying to import the AccessDB info directly into Excel and getting a different error message.  But your instincts/experience were right-on regarding a linked in table. The ODBC connection was failing because the MAS90 installation was migrated to a new server.  Once I had the client's AccessDB administrator fix the ODBC connection string to the pass-thru query, all was right again with the world.  Thanks, again!
