Go to their location and copy the MAS_XXX where XXX = the company code. In your install of MAS create the same company code and activate and let the system build the files. When finished delete the MAS_XXX the system just created and replace with the folder from the aquired company. Note that it will be almost impossible to combine the two companies because the Invoice and Sales Order numbers will be duplicated

I am just verifying their version at the moment - we have MAS 90 v4.4 and I just want to make sure they don't have MAS 90 v4.5 and if that will make a difference.  Thanks again!

Their version was MAS 90 v4.4 so everything went well except when they initially go into the company they receive this message:  

Bank Reconciliation

Error message:  The selected data entry file is about to be updated.

Is this avoidable or correctable?  Thanks!

This just means that someone was in the middle of Bank Rec. If possible go into original install and complete the bank rec process and then copy the files again.
