Printing Problem

Sage 4.50 on window 7 professional - new machine - new installation .......   Same problem with Sage 2013 (v 5)

Printer: Brother 5040 -     when printing Any report- example AP aged report,  printing just funny letters- just garbage on the face of the aged report.

Any idea what is is going on??  Any help will be appreciated.

Funny characters can be caused by using a postscript driver to a pcl (HP) print command language

    printer.

Try printing a test page with configuration info from the printer, check for printer emulation. Whatever the

printer is configured for emulation..is the driver you need to install (postscript or PCL).
