Strange Migration Error going from version 4.40 to SAGE 2013

Parallel migrating data from Sage 100 ERP Advanced version 4.40 to Sage100  ERP Advanced version 2013...

After several hours I get this error message:  Finalize failed with the following error:


and the rest of the window is blank...no error or anything.

I can get into the modules and everything looks to be in place, however I want to be sure before I do the production server.

Anyone else run into this?

    I know this is for 4.30 but maybe it would help.

    Version Reported: 4.30

    Subject:

    Possible Resolution:

    Rename the following files:

    SY1Q01.SOA, SY1Q02.SOA, SY1Q03.SOA, SY1Q04.SOA located in the MAS90\SOA folder

    Providex.DDE and Providex.DDF located in the root of the MAS90 folder.

    Reinstall the upgrade.
