Login screen not active window

Every time I open Sage 100 I have to manually click in the username field to activate the login window.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?  I know it may sound trivial, but it's really annoying.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    I've noticed that issue for ages.  

    That being said,  I just checked and the value in mine was 0 and mine is not currently showing that annoyance.   However,  when I changed the value,  it did not seem to make any change?  Possibly requires a reboot to take effect?   Don't know.
