Have a client using a terminal server (RDS) environment that is highly locked down such that users do not have "DIRECT" access to the c:\program files (x86) \common files\aatrix  directory.

Strangely enough Aatrix will run,  but will not allow updates nor will it allow electronic filing presumably because of some odd combination of security rights.   Logged in as the network administrator everything is fine,  but a general user NO.

So alternatives are to have them give everyone full rights (not likely) or figure out how to give them access to that specific directory (they are looking at it).

OR

get Aatrix to install in a location that is not locked down.  I can't claim that I have ever seen an option to install it to an alternate directory.  Anyone know of a way to do that?
