CANNOT ACCESS DOWNLOADS

Is anyone else having trouble with whatever they did to the partner portal. It keeps taking me around and around in circles to login and login and then I get to Sage50?   Waiting for support to open now but Sage keeps gets worse by the minute.  I have worked with numerous software vendors and never worked with such poor support resources.

    FYI There are also know issues with IE 11 that they do not know when will be resolved

    You're right.  Today, it says there are no product downloads.

    I am able to download right now so possibly the problem has been fixed.

    I did have some problems earlier when they started changing things a month or so ago.

    I have found that by going to the Knowledgebase -  Specifically select Sage 100 -  then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find download links that seem to work much better than any other routes.  This seems to take you to the same place as the download link at the top of the page mentioned earlier in this thread (although I did notice after trying that link and then going back to my original way of doing it, the links at the bottom suddenly said Sage 50?)

    At one point I had some issues, with internet explorer doing some goofy things and then tried with Google Chrome and was successful.   Haven't had to do that for a while however.

    There are pages that we need to access reliably, and redesigning the interface may be nice, but it makes a horrible impression when you have to tell a customer that a released download is unavailable on the Sage website.  

    This is 2015.  How difficult can it be to set up permanent links to the most important pages? (Downloads per version, updates per version, SPM per version...).  Navigating a maze of links, that often do not take you where you need to go, is unacceptable (IMO).  I should be able to bookmark the Sage 100 ERP v2014 download page, but look at the current URL:

    support.na.sage.com/.../viewdocument.do

    Not user friendly, and likely to break next week.

    thank you for your feedback this is totally unacceptable as is the general wait time for Sage support

    The new portal just does not work right
