Apologies to you all today with regards to your downloads experience. This morning we found an indexing issue in the knowledge base that was causing some of the download links to not display. This has been remedied and download links are once again viewable.

We are working on some design improvements to forge a more streamlined and consistent download experience for you. Today you can access your downloads directly from within our Knowledge base by doing the following (For Sage 100 ERP):

1)      Go to: support.na.sage.com

2)      Log in with your username/password (upper right)

3)      Click “Sage 100 ERP” in the My Products menu on the left

4)      On the Sage 100 Product page, scroll down to the “Support Resources” section and click on “Sage 100 ERP downloads and updates”.

We do have some upcoming design improvements and enhancements coming to support.na.sage.com in February based on user feedback. We’ll be posting a summary on Sage City once released.

Thanks Matt.  When rolling out the "improvements and enhancements", please make sure that core / required functions are not broken.

Again, the KB is down for "maintenance" and downloads are unavailable.

I repeat my suggestion for permanent links to important pages without reliance on the portal / KB.

I so need it back.  Agreed about permanent links!

Now the whole Portal is unavailable.

It is working for me right now.

Ah.  Firefox and Chrome both give the above runtime error.  (Earlier it was an SAP error).

But the site does open in IE.

Interestingly enough,  now I am getting your error message in the portal in internet explorer,  however Chrome works fine.

???

Hi Thomas,

Would you mind letting me know which version of Chrome you're on? It appears that the latest version, 42, has explicitly blocked Java, and other "NPAPI" plug-ins from running, thus breaking the Partner Portal.

There is a temporary work-around, but it's simpler to just use Internet Explorer.

I suspect any issues with IE are coincidental and separate.

I'm on version 42 and I'm not having any problems.  I can access the portal with IE or Chrome.

I checked for updates and it says I'm on the latest version of chrome.
