Sage MAS 100 / losing connection to the Host

I have one employee out of 30 that runs a 64 bit PC and connects to our Sage MAS 100 which is on our service.

When this employee plugs the Iphone 6 into the front of her desktop PC for charging, she lossing connection to the Host PC for Sage and Sage does not responde. When we unplug the Iphone she gains back connection.

Numerous other employees also plug the same Iphone into their desktop PC without interruption.

 

What could be causing this to happen on this one user?

    I think you answered your own question. It's obvious not a Sage issue. I would check network drivers. and USB drivers. Isolate what is different on the troubled PC. MB, Nic Card etc.

    Try her Iphone on another PC? Try their Iphone on her PC?

    Sounds like a hardware driver issue.
