Sage 100 ERP (MAS200) Citrix issues

Hi,


We migrated our Citrix environment to a new server and now MAS200 is not working.  When I try to launch it from our remote site, I see the connection screen briefly and then it disappears.  A new process is started on the Citrix server every time I do this.  I read on the knowledgebase that this can be caused by an incorrect working directory.  It said to point this to the MAS90 folder.  We did that and still the same issue.  Does anyone know what else would cause this?


In our case, the working directory was set to C:\Sage and is now set to C:\Sage\MAS 200 Client\Version4\MAS90


Has anyone seen this same thing before.  I am lost!  I can launch it from the server without issue and the pvx activation file was copied from the MAS app server.

    Thanks for the response, Thomas.  This was an issue on our end.  Our infrastructure guy forgot that the Citrix server was created off of a master image, so any changes we made got overwritten every time.  The issue was that the working directory was incorrect and the change needed to be made on the master image, not the server itself.
