Sage 100 ERP and Docuware - anyone had any experience with this?

Have a client who just purchased Docuware (document scanning/paperless) and is trying to get it to work with Sage 100 ERP advanced.

Install tech wants to use the Sage 100 ODBC drivers to extract some information, however we are not having a lot of luck.

I have set them up a silent connect ODBC to use which tests out successfully using Crystal, but the Docuware program doesn't seem to be able to connect successfully (no log in). I get the impression that they have never done this with Sage 100 before, so I'm getting a bit worried.

Anyone successfully done and integration with Docuware?

Have you tried setting up a DSN with the 64-bit ODBC drivers?

Yes. Been back and forth trying stuff like this all to no avail.

Somewhere along the way we got the original issue on this resolved. Honestly don't recall how.

The Docuware Icon has been included on some Sage 100 data entry windows. When the window is opened you get this flickering for a few seconds and then settles down. It really does no harm, but is a little annoying.

Anyone have any experience resolving that?
