IM_PriceCode - HS record invalid or write failed the record is not in an editable state

Question

I'm trying to VI a new Price Level (3) into IM_PriceCode 
 I keep running into the following error: 
 HS record invalid or write failed the record is not in an editable state 
 Here's my VI job:

I think you need to assign "1" to PriceCodeRecord$ for item pricing (no customer).
