    Let me ask you one thing. Do you have an issue with the resolution they give on the Knowledge Base?

    Took me about 30 seconds to fine on the KB

    Description

    Error: "Unable to print <report name>.rpt. Index was outside of the bounds of the array" when printing a form or report from Sage 100

    Error: "Unable to change printer" when trying to change to another printer


    Cause
    • Sage 100 has an issue with driver of the Windows default printer being used
    • The particular printer may be a redirected


    Resolution
    • Change Default printer in Windows
    • Select another printer driver for windows default printer
    • Disable redirection of printers. Try printing to a network printer.

    I was printing to my PDF writer - Nitro 10 which I have used before without a problem.

    I will try your suggestions.
