Mas90 4.40 slows to a halt between 8 and 9am

We are running Mas90 4.40. Installed a new server in October 2015. Running a 1Gigbit switch. Mas90 runs fine most of the time, but for some reason between 8 and 9 am in the morning it slows to a halt. Logging on takes minutes, opening up modules takes minutes to open. It becomes completely unusable. Then as if by magic is comes back online and all is fine.


I have done a few things to attempt to fix this issue but to no avail.

1) Replaced Switch

2) Disabled all Windows Defender and Firewall software

3) No antivirus software is installed on any of the terminals

4) Tested internet and Sonic wall firewall during these times and Internet is normal speed

5) Had the guys that installed the server to see if anything was slowing the server speed during this period and everything checked out as normal.

We also have a Terminal Server connection that seems to suffer no issues at all. So remote users can use Mas90 as normal whilst it is slowing to a halt back at the server location.


Can anyone help? This is causing untold marital strife as my wife is getting most irritated by this issue!
