Cannot access KB article about Sage 100 2015.5

I attempted to access a KB article, linked in KB article 60765, that contains the download link and other information for Sage 100 2015.5.  However, when I click the article I get the following message:

I can access other Sage 100 2015 product update articles just fine.  Any ideas?  I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10.
