Yes its True, have a customer that still uses a fax modem. Problem, just upgraded to V2018. Added the Fax Printer, but cant see it in Company Maintenance. Sees all of the other printers but not the fax printer.
I have a customer that is experiencing blurry printing. The issue is random and happens on more than one workstation. It also doesn't seem to matter if we switch printers.
They are using Sage 100 2018.
