First time I've had any clients use the electronic W2s.
Apparently the employee got a message to talk to their employer to unlock the account.
I've hunted in the knowledgebase and the Aatrix website and can find nothing about unlocking an account. Found info on how to determine what the password is but that's about it.
I'm sure this can't be the first time this has happened. Anyone know how to unlock an account or does it just unlock by itself after a set time period?
