Electronic W2s - employee fumbled their password too many times and got locked out

First time I've had any clients use the electronic W2s.

Apparently the employee  got a message to talk to their employer to unlock the account.

I've hunted in the knowledgebase and the Aatrix website and can find nothing about unlocking an account.   Found info on how to determine what the password is but that's about it.

I'm sure this can't be the first time this has happened.   Anyone know how to unlock an account or does it just unlock by itself after a set time period?

    If your employee or recipient has locked themselves out of the eW-2, e1099, or e1095 by entering an incorrect password 3 times, use the following steps to unlock their account.

    1. Log on to https://efile.aatrix.com/

    2. Select the Year End Manager tab.

    3. Select the Filing type and the year.

    4. Select the employee/recipient that is locked out of their account.

    Once you have verified the employee/recipient's Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) you will see the "Account Locked" section. Select the Unlock the account option.

    Once you receive the status that the Account was successfully unlocked, your employee or recipient may log into the account.
