We have AFLAC insurance and have set up a deduction code (AF) for it.  We have one employee who utilizes AFLAC insurance, and needs a deduction of $18.92 per check.  We have it all set up under employee maintenance.  However, whenever we use it we get a message "Wages subject to w/h are less than -0- delete the check?"  The wages are not less than zero, simple math of the earnings and the deductions show that and leave plenty for taxes.  And remember we haven't gotten to tax calculation yet.

Now if we delete the automatic entry and enter it manually, it works just fine.  We have tried deleting the deduction code of AF and then creating a new one both at the employee maintenance screen and the deduction code maintenance screen.

If we use it as a test on other employees it works fine.  We have looked at every setting that we can think of and don't seem to be able to find the key.  Anyone experienced a similar issue and found a way to resolve it?
