ALERT: Workers' Compensation Report in 2018.3 when checks have been reversed is incorrect

Time to file your quarterly reports and one of my clients noted that the workman's comp report was underreporting hours when checks have been reversed.  It was very obvious because they had reversed an entire payroll.

If you reverse a paychecks the report will show the reversal but not the original check resulting in in underreporting   I have verified that the underlying data is accurate,  just the data being sent to the work file is wrong..

For example:

Original checks shows 40 hours.

Reversal shows -40 hours.

Expectation is that the net will be 0 hours.  Instead it reports -40 hours because it excluded the original.

I note that product update 2018.4 has updated the program file in question but the notes mention nothing about this.  Nor did I see anything in the knowledgebase about it.    I will be installing the update this evening to see if it fixes.
