Hi Tom, The ACA reporting is a separate menu "ACA" listed below Period End.  Retrieving the PII employee data for a custom ACA report would require adding the report to the custom report menu (PR), adding the PR_EmployeePIIWrk table to the report, EQUAL join on EmployeeKey. The PII data will be available to insert in your report.

John, I think you misunderstand my question.

There are NO REPORTS in the ACA menu exce[t for the ACA Applicable Large Employer Report which does not have information on covered individuals (i.e. dependents).

As far as I can tell,  PR_Employee PIIwrk  links to the mployee.  It does not link to covered individuals unless I am missing something.

Listings available on the ACA menu via ACA Employee and ACA Employer. The ACA employee listing includes covered individuals.

Never mind.  Had some boxes checked incorrectly in the employee maintenance.  Fixed that and am now getting the covered dependents.

Bump! I have an immediate need to generate this list of covered individuals logged in Employee Maintenance>ACA. I follow some of TomTarget and jcnichols thoughts here on generating this list via Payroll>ACA>ACA Employee Maintenance, but I'm still lost. I've tried a number of methods, including using Lookup in ACA Employee Maintenance, for instance. Could you please walk me through this process in laypersons' terms?

Sure thing, John. I'm seeking (preferably as a spreadsheet):

• Employee number
• Employee first & last names
• ACA covered individuals' first & last names, SSN, date of birth, and covered months

If it's possible, a welcome addition would be:

• Corresponding insurance deduction codes, though I'd accept all deduction codes if it was the only way to bring in this info; I'd happily winnow out those for insurance coverage only
