YTD amounts are used in tax calculations so using the Fix button to change amounts may result in incorrect tax history and inaccurate tax calculations for the current and future periods.   Use with CAUTION.

Your security role must have access to the Payroll Security Event - Allow Editing of Employee Tax History in Employee Maintenance.  If you do not have rights you will not be able to edit this data.

From employee Maintenance, select 'Tax Summary' from the more drop down button.  On the Tax Summary dialog select 'Detail' from the more drop down button. On the Employee Tax History Detail dialog with the wages radio button selected click the Tax History drill down button.  If you have rights to the security event there will be a fix button on the Employee Tax History Detail Drill Down dialog.
