How do I enter a new unemployment payroll tax rate?

SUGGESTED

Where is the place to go to enter a new payroll unemployment rate?  We get new rates and I used to be able to go in and change the rate, but I am having difficulty finding the correct spot with Sage 100.

This information is entered in the Company Tax Group.

    1) Search Sage 100 knowledgebase for Sage 100 Payroll User Guide - pages 11-12.

    2) Search Sage 100 knowledgebase for Unemployment tax or FUTA or SUTA.

    3) Select Help on the Sage 100 Launcher, enter unemployment tax in the search field then select from articles found.

    4) Select Payroll\Utilities.  Run Payroll Tax Status Utility.  Any Errors or warnings should be corrected which will include the Rates not entered in Company Tax Groups.

    Sage 100 2019 version

Hi, I see where I would enter the new unemployment rate, but the "Company Tax Group" tab won't let me enter a new "effective date" for 2020.  How can I edit that field?

There was also a change to the wage base.  I do not see where I would enter that $ amount.  Since that is not company specific, will that just be changed for 2020 through the "tax profile maintenance" tables?  Thanks

Click on a blank line at the bottom to enter a new effective date.   You don't edit the old ones,  you add new ones.

The wage base amounts are updated by the payroll tax updates,  You don't enter them yourself.
