W2 EE Printing Watermark

Question

Trying to physically print 2019 W2s and getting the watermark saying record copy do not file. Not in demo mode, forms are updated, and nothing is finalized. Subscription is current however there is a warning about tier limit being exceeded. Could the warning be the reason? However tier level is 100 employees and W2 count is exactly 100. (PR 2.20 v2019)

dhalpin I did find a display issue when selecting certain radio button selections on the 'W-2 Printing and Filing Options' window. 
 If you select the 'Print Federal W2 and W3' FIRST and then select the 'Print Employee W-2s' option without deselecting the eFile options it will display (Official Copy) next to the Print Federal W2/W3 but will actually print Federal copy with the watermark because the one or both of the eFile options were also selected. 
 
 I have reported issue to Aatrix but in the mean time to resolve this do the following in this order: 
 
 Select Print my Employee W-2s 
 Select Print Federal W2s and W3 
 If applicable Select Print State W2s and Reconciliation Forms

What W-2 Printing and Filing Options did you select in the W-2/1099 Preparer window? If either 'eFile' option are selected as well as the Federal W2s and W3 print option, the Federal W2s/W3 will print with the "Record Copy Do Not File' watermark.
