Filling Status In PR 2.20

Question

Under Federal, when Filling Status is chosen dependent exemptions is enable and dependent amount is locked for married and single but not for HH1, HH2, etc. When HH1 is chosen the dependent amount is enable and dependent exceptions locked. Has anyone seen this anomaly? Is this a program error or some part of the new law regarding W4 that I'm missing?

 You are correct. If you choose one of the new 2020 filing status' it will enable the new 2020 W4 boxes for Dependent Amount and Other Income. If you chose one of the filing status' that is not designated with 2020 in the description, it will enable the boxes that were previously enabled prior to 2020.
