Client is bi-weekly and 2 weeks ago taxes were fine.

This payroll run, the client has Excess LIfe Insurance included with regular pay lines and we get either:

If you click on the Excess check boxes in Federal, then NO Soc Sec tax is withheld for any of the earnings

If you setup a 2nd tax profile with the Excess boxes checked and take them off the main profile, and assign the 2nd tax profile strictly to the Excess earnings line - STILL NOT SOC SEC

The only way we can get Soc Sec taxes to calculate are to take off the Excess Group Life lines from the check.

I have installed 6017 3 times, just for kicks.

I'm guessing the issue is in the cloud, not locally, since it just started happening with no changes on their end.
