Sage 100 Premium 2020 Payroll 2.20.1

Tried a test run and this is what I got when I went to clear it. Employee from dept 50 will not clear. I went to Dept Maint and added myself on the Security tab (which was previously blank), and still no go.

I verified that is the only record in the file - no "hidden" thing going on.

WTH?
