I would also like to know if there is a way to do this.

From the Sage 100 Desktop, File > Run > *utl

That will launch the Sage 100 Utilities dialog.  Scroll down in the list and select Time Track Entry Purge.

As is noted on the purge utility dialog, always have a backup of the system prior to running the utility.
