Cannot Download Sage 100 Payroll 2.21.2

Hello,

I am trying to download Sage 100 Payroll 2.21.2. However, I am greeted with an error message stating that I am not authorized to view this document. Currently, I have an active Business Care plan. Any ideas?

I'm sure Sage Support would have had you up and going by the time it took you to make this post.

License and access issues can only be solved by Sage, not the community.

Not sure if it is still like this, but back when I worked at Sage Support there was a bit of a delay between the time a user registered for the Portal and when that user was able to download programs. I think it was only a couple of hours. I downloaded Payroll 2.21.2, 2021 PU 1 and 2020 PU 3 without any issues yesterday.
