Running eFiling on a restricted terminal server and command line to update

SOLVED

I have a client that just moved to a hosted terminal server environment for Sage 100.  The hosting company has the software restrictions for running software pretty tight.  Does anyone know what exes need to be allowed to run?  Does anyone have experience with setting this type of environment up?

Also is there a way to run the efiling update via a command line so they can schedule it?

Thank you

Beth

Frustrated: had a case open with notes related to this on it and it got closed with we won't help with that and now my notes are not able to be viewed.

I have a cloud provider that has another user with MIP that uses aatrix.  They are able to schedule the update to run on a scheduled basis using task scheduler.

This the the command they use.  (note is in a different directory)

    C:\ProgramData\Aatrix Software\Reports\AatrixForms.exe /v MIP007 /cfg C:\Temp\Config.ini /update silent

When i try to run manually, i'm getting a vendor code error.  Does anyone know what the vendor code is for sage 100 and aatrix?
